What runs beneath the surface
Beneath the Chromosome Analysis Suite run the Analysis Power Tools – freely available, built for Linux, documented. We moved the CytoScan HD analysis onto them and checked it against the manufacturer’s software.
· Atlas OS · Kontaktverlauf
Jeder Vorgang kennt seinen Zustand
· Atlas OS · Contact history
Every order knows its state
Between sending a message and the recipient’s action, there used to be guesswork. Since September it is a timeline – for every system email, the chain down to the fetched result, on every order, read first by the agent and then by the human.

· Atlas OS · Analysis and delivery
The complete chain
Between raw data and a delivered result there used to be manual work. Since this month that stretch runs as a machine – with the run as an object in the database, a checksum for every file, and a release that a person still grants.

Sieben Monate, dann drei Sekunden

Seven months, then three seconds
What happens when there is no longer a person sitting between a question and a binding quotation.

Where your sample is, and how it is doing
Atlas OS now tracks every sample from the moment it is packed to the moment it is accessioned in the lab — position, custody and cold chain in one view.
